Operations Manager - Complex Care
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Manager to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the seamless onboarding of new service packages, ensuring compliance with CQC requirements. You will allocate staff based on client needs, complete assessments of new referrals, and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective delivery.
Additionally, you will market our services, promote a positive professional profile, and collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to provide high-quality services. You will also drive growth through networking with CCGs and Local Authorities, work closely with the Clinical Team, and foster an inclusive, diverse, and creative culture.
Effective communication with clients and staff is crucial, as is arranging and attending meetings with the Registered Branch Manager, Recruiters, and Care Coordinators.
Experience Required :
Proven leadership skills
In depth knowledge of the legislation affecting health and social care
Extensive experience within the complex care sector
Working hours
37.5 hours
1 day per week Hybrid
