Location: Fully Remote

Salary : up to £60,000 plus a quarterly bonus

Your role involves comprehensive market analysis, understanding patient needs, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure Harmony Healthcare remains a leader in the complex care sector. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.

Negotiating and securing new contracts, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and exploring opportunities for service diversification will be key aspects of your role. You will ensure that all business development activities align with our commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care, while also achieving financial and operational objectives.

Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, you will provide strategic insights and updates on the business development team's progress. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the direction of Harmony Healthcare’s Complex Care division, directly impacting our ability to innovate and excel in delivering exceptional care.
