We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Registered Branch Manager for our office in London.
In this role, you will oversee the operational performance of the service, holding responsibility and accountability for its 24-hour management. Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements and associated regulations will be a key duty.
You will allocate employees to deliver services to users based on their package requests, baseline assessments of need, and support plans.
Additionally, you will handle assessments of new referrals, preparing assessments, care and support plans, and submitting necessary written reports. Budget management, monitoring, and maintenance will be within your purview.
Actively marketing the service and promoting a positive professional profile are crucial aspects of this position. Collaborating with colleagues and external professionals will be essential to ensure the provision of high-quality services.
Experience required:
CQC Registered
Experience with CQC Inspections
Able to manage a team of 5 and above
Complex Care experience preferable
Commercial acumen
